Clear + Brilliant
What Is Clear + Brilliant?
Clear + Brilliant is a non-ablative fractional laser, meaning it creates thousands of microscopic treatment zones beneath the skin’s surface without removing the outer layer of skin the way more intensive ablative lasers do. Those microscopic zones trigger your skin’s natural healing response, encouraging fresh, healthy cell turnover and stimulating new collagen production, while the surrounding, untreated skin allows for a much faster recovery than fully ablative treatments.
Because it works gently and gradually, Clear + Brilliant is especially well suited to addressing early signs of aging, rather than correcting significant, established damage, making it a genuinely preventive treatment rather than just a lighter version of a corrective one.
What Can Clear + Brilliant Treat?
- Early fine lines and first signs of skin aging
- Mild sun damage and early pigmentation changes
- Uneven texture and enlarged pore appearance
- Overall dullness and lack of radiance
- General skin maintenance as a preventive, ongoing treatment

- Fine, sand-like exfoliation may be visible for a day or two as the skin renews
- Most patients return to normal activities, including makeup applications, the next day
